Quantitative Applications LLC Est. 1977

Privacy Policy

Effective September 28, 2026

Quantitative Applications LLC ("we") operates a small set of internal software tools ("the Tools") that help its owner manage his own email and schedule. This policy explains what the Tools do with data obtained through Google APIs.

Who can use the Tools

The Tools are for internal use only. They are not offered to the public, and they are used only with Google accounts belonging to Quantitative Applications LLC's owner.

What data the Tools access

With the account holder's authorization, the Tools read Gmail messages (metadata such as sender, subject, date and labels, and message content when needed) in that account's mailbox. At the account holder's direction, the Tools also organize mail: applying labels, archiving, marking messages read, moving messages to trash, and deleting messages. Messages are deleted only after the account holder explicitly confirms each deletion.

How the data is used

The data is used only to produce private summaries and to-do lists for the account holder, and to organize the account holder's own mailbox as he directs. It is stored only on devices controlled by the account holder. It is not sold, not shared with third parties, not used for advertising, and not used to train generalized AI or machine learning models.

Google API Services User Data Policy

The Tools' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and deletion

Summaries are overwritten as new ones are generated. Access can be revoked at any time from Google Account permissions, after which the Tools can no longer read any data.
